Return Policy
We do not accept the cancellation of an order. Under most circumstances we do give refunds. However, if product(s) sent by our error or damaged during shipment may be returned. In these cases, you need to return the product(s) with their “Order Reference No.” to us within 5 days of receiving them.

The product(s) must be in the same condition as you received them and must not have been used.

Once you open a package, we will not accept the returned product or refund the original payment you made to us.

Fishing rods cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.


Privacy Policy
Your personal information such as your address or Email provided to us will only be used to process your order. We do not sell or rent the information you provide to us to any other parties.
We only accept payment though Pay Pal which is an easy and safe payment method for our customers, your credit card details will not be kept on our server at any time.

When you enquire about an order you have sent to us, please send the Email to sales@basshunter.com.au and include your “Order Reference No.”


Warranty
If the product damage is covered under a manufacturer’s warranty we are able to facilitate transport of the product to/from the manufacturer in Japan for repairs under the specified warranty period. You need to pay for all shipping costs incurred both to and from the manufacturer.
